If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product, except for final sale items, which include all sale items, as well as underwear and swimwear bottoms (such as jockstraps, string bikinis, and thongs). A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.  You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from HAUS of NAVI.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Underwear/Swimwear

All of our underwear and swimwear bottoms (including our jockstraps and string bikinis) are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.  For hygienic reasons, once purchased, underwear and swimwear bottoms cannot be accepted.


Sale items

All sale items, including underwear and swimwear bottoms (such as jockstraps, string bikinis, and thongs), are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your selection is final before purchase. Thank you for your understanding! 

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.  We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
